Warranty PeriodFor In-Home service, Kyota will arrange all covered parts deemed necessary, to be sent to the consumer and, if necessary, an authorized service provider to repair the product at the customer's residence, at no charge to the customer. If a particular part is no longer manufactured, Kyota may replace your product with a similar product. Under no circumstances shall the retail replacement value exceed the original net price paid for the product. In the event you choose not to accept a replacement for your product, Kyota is no longer responsible for making repairs under the warranty coverage. Any repairs needed during the 2 year parts warranty coverage, Kyota will provide covered parts at no cost; however, consumer is responsible for any and all shipping, duties and brokerage fees on parts not covered by this warranty or covered but outside of the coverage period. Structure warranty is limited to the steel and steel-welded parts of the frame. If a replacement is issued under the Parts or Structure warranty period, the consumer is responsible for shipping, duties, and brokerage fees related to the replacement. Kyota, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame. Field Service is only available in the United States. Field Service requires pre-approval and, if necessary, must be performed by Kyota-authorized field service personnel to maintain warranty coverage. Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 - 15 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@relaxonmassage.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@relaxonmassage.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Returns:
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@relaxonmassage.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
This is a very solid, good quality chair. However, adjust the rollers to "1" and work your way up as needed (5 settings). The first time I used it, it "ruff me up"...lol. Now that I've learned how to adjust the settings...it’s a true quality chair. If you’re going to buy a chair...get a good one and CONFIRM there is dependable customer service. This comes (30 inches wide) assembled with exception of foot attachment. But takes 10 minutes to attach. Very well constructed. If you use "Auto" on your first use...it's too intense for me. But I like the adjustable settings. Also, at 30 inches, it will fit through most all doorways (something you must research in advance). Sit back and relax.
Great chair if you like a deep tissue massage. It has a variety of preset options that work different areas of the body with added foot massage and airbags for your arms
We are working people and this chair soothes the aches and helps with grandma and grandpa’s arthritis.
East to setup. While it fits me at 74”, I have to push down on my feet to get past the aping loaded leg height system or not get a good knee squeeze. The heat works fine. The pillow is one size fits all so tall people may have to lift it up to get a neck massage. Customer service was easy and helpful. There are some auto programs that I’m unable to adjust the 3d feature to lessen the force. Speakers worked fine with Bluetooth. Overall, it does a good massage and yes, it works the feet well.
