4 Year Warranty with Limited Parts & Labor - FREE

Kyota guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at their option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first four (4) years of ownership. This warranty plan includes one (1) year of in-home labor, two (2) years of parts, and four (4) years of structural framework.

Kyota Promise Preferred - $399

For an additional price, Kyota offers a three year parts and labor bumper-to-bumper warranty. This includes a total of three (3) years of in-home labor, three (3) years of parts, and four (4) years of structural framework coverage.

Kyota Promise Enhanced - $599

For an additional price, Kyota offers a five year parts and labor bumper-to-bumper warranty. This includes a total of five (5) years of in-home labor, five (5) years of parts, and five (5) years of structural framework coverage. This extended warranty plan offers the most comprehensive coverage.

COMPLETE CARE WARRANTY PERIOD:

For In-Home service, Kyota will arrange all covered parts deemed necessary, to be sent to the consumer and, if necessary, an authorized service provider to repair the product at the customer’s residence, at no charge to the customer. If a particular part is no longer manufactured, Kyota may replace your product with a similar product. Under no circumstances shall the retail replacement value exceed the original net price paid for the product. In the event you choose not to accept a replacement for your product, Kyota is no longer responsible for making repairs under the warranty coverage

For any repairs needed during the 2, 3 or 5 year parts warranty coverage, Kyota will provide covered parts at no cost; however, consumer is responsible for any and all shipping, duties and brokerage fees on parts not covered by this warranty or covered but outside of the coverage period. Structure warranty is limited to the steel and steel-welded parts of the frame. If a replacement is issued under the Parts or Structure warranty period, the consumer is responsible for shipping, duties, and brokerage fees related to the replacement. Kyota, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame. Field Service is only available in the United States. Field Service requires pre-approval and, if necessary, must be performed by Kyota-authorized field service personnel to maintain warranty coverage.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS:

Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation; unauthorized repairs; use in a commercial or corporate setting; alterations or modifications of original condition; improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product, including but not limited to remote controls; a malfunction or damage resulting from improper use or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; transportation damage; theft; abuse; misuse; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions); loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased or acquired from unauthorized dealers. This warranty is not transferable. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Softening/ hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use. Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those conditions naturally occur with fabrics. Natural markings and grain and dye variations in leather do not constitute a defect under this warranty. Failures of attach points, such as, but not limited to: stitching, Velcro, and zippers, do not constitute a defect under this warranty.

I am very pleased with this chair. I searched high and low for a massage chair with arm, leg and feet rollers. It’s exactly what I was looking for! It doesn’t squeak like another review mentioned and I love the intensity. I also love that I can choose to just have the legs, arms and feet running and not the back. The 3D feature is great when I want more direct back massage (unlike other massage chairs I’ve tried where it’s not very strong direct intensity when you need it). I do think it would be a perfect 10/10 if it had a back lit remote but it’s not a deal breaker especially if you have a lamp nearby. Over all I’m very happy. This is a life changer for my body as I experience daily overall body pain especially in my extremities!

If you follow the assembly video on YouTube, assembly is manageable. A second pair of hands makes it much easier. It took about 2 hours to unpack, put together, and clean up. I tried to be extra careful as I didn’t want to pinch a hose or some wires or have to redo any steps. Upon assembly and first couple of uses, I have zero squeaks or rattles and it is much quieter than some other massage chairs I have used before. My wife and I are still trying out all of the programs and setting looking for the "sweet spot" for both of us. As I write this, my wife just fell asleep in the chair during the "night" program message! The quality of materials and the fit and finish are excellent. Solid product.

This chair is beautiful, solid and easy to operate. There are a lot of built in programs that meet your different requirements. The massage might be a bit too powerful for some people but me and my wife love it.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 - 15 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@relaxonmassage.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Returns:

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@relaxonmassage.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
